TORRANCE, CA — Locally-based Partner Engineering and Science Inc., a national environmental and engineering consulting firm, has revealed plans to expand. Since March, the firm—which focuses on real estate due diligence, building sciences, construction monitoring and environmental site remediation services—has added 35 new hires. In addition, GlobeSt.com learns that the company plans to hire an additional 30 key professionals before year-end.
