Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Greear as Relationship Manager, bringing over five years of specialized due diligence expertise to expand our client service capabilities.
Mr. Greear joins the company with extensive experience in zoning analysis, land surveys, and environmental assessments, including Phase I and II reports and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs). His comprehensive understanding of due diligence services will strengthen our ability to provide comprehensive solutions to clients across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Partner, Mr. Greear served as Vice President of National Accounts at a Florida-based surveying and mapping company. There, he successfully cultivated relationships with law firms, lenders, title companies, and REITs while managing nationwide portfolios for multi-million-dollar commercial transactions.
Mr. Greear’s career progression demonstrates his ability to excel in both technical and client-facing roles. Beginning as a Zoning Analyst in 2020, he quickly advanced to Account Manager, where he led a team of six researchers and report writers while serving as the primary client contact. His promotion to Vice President of National Accounts in 2023 highlighted his talent for business development and relationship management.

An active industry participant, Mr. Greear regularly attends prominent conferences, including NAIOP, ICSC, and Bisnow events, where he engages with industry leaders and stays current with market trends.
Mr. Greear will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base while ensuring existing clients receive exceptional service and have access to our full range of offerings.
