Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., is delighted to welcome Michael 
Bock, CCCA, RRC, LEED AP to our Integrated Facilities Solutions Team. A Registered Roof Consultant with nearly 20 years of project management experience focused on building envelope consulting and related remediation design, Bock has saved his clients millions of dollars in roofing expenses. He will direct our roof and building envelope consulting practice with that same value-driven approach.
“Partner has a great engineering foundation nationwide,” Bock noted. “I’m excited to build upon their existing roofing and façade resources to develop an industry-leading building envelope consultancy.” To that end, Bock joins Partner with his team of highly qualified technical staff:

Together, Bock and his team have over 120 years of experience in construction and design.
Bob Geiger, Partner’s Executive Director of Business Development, said, “Mike’s expertise, in terms of both technical and leadership experience, will allow our building envelope practice to expand into more solutions services. With the addition of his team, Partner will be able to offer more clients those next-level services.”
Most recently Director of Building Envelope Services with CBRE, Bock has also led national practices at Nova Consulting Group and Terracon. From acquisition to disposition, Bock has provided CRE owners, investors, and occupiers with customized solutions including due diligence assessments; capital maintenance planning; design and oversight of renovations/restorations; and testing of building envelope components such as roofs, windows, curtain walls, air barriers and waterproofing.
“When we sit down with a client, our job is to listen, identify the issues, and find solutions,” Bock said. “One client recently asked us to review an $8 million roofing proposal. We assessed the building and came back to them with a $2 million alternative.”
As a Certified Construction Contract Administrator and LEED Accredited Professional, Bock is also highly qualified to provide construction risk management services, from document and reviews to construction monitoring and draw reviews. He has served as an Owners Representative on multi-family, industrial, heath care, and office facility projects.
