William Stockdale has recently joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. as Senior Project Manager on the Affordable Housing team, reporting to the Director of Affordable Housing, JR Lephew.
With deep knowledge of affordable housing, multi-family, and other commercial properties, Mr. Stockdale will have a technical role at Partner, responsible for performing report reviews and revisions, managing projects and staff, and ensuring quality in equity level Property Condition Assessments.
William Stockdale has over 13 years of experience in the property due diligence industry, and over 5 years of experience in the HUD/affordable housing industry. He was previously the Managing Director of the HUD team at BBG, Inc., where he expanded BBG’s HUD services offering and served lender and developer clients in the affordable housing industry. Prior to BBG, he served as the National Client Manager at AEI Consultants.
Mr. Stockdale has extensive experience working with lenders, including Berkadia, Greystone, Dwight Capital, and Lument, as well as developers, such as Alden Torch Financial. As an expert on HUD, he was invited to speak on the HUD Capital Needs Assessment Panel at the Southwest Mortgagee Advisory Council Annual Conference earlier this year in Fort Worth, Texas, where together with other HUD needs assessor leads and Technical Directors of the Texas HUD branch, they discussed HUD MAP CNA requirements.

Mr. Stockdale is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), and a LEED Accredited Professional. He started his career as an architect, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Environmental Studies from Iowa State University. He is based out of Chicago, Illinois.
