Partner Welcomes Larry Manchester to Lead Residential Consultants Practice

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is pleased to welcome Larry Manchester to its construction practice as Director of Construction Services. Larry is joining Partner to spearhead the development of its residential construction services practice, contributing to the expansion of the company’s existing Construction Risk Management services.

Mr. Manchester brings with him a wealth of experience in the residential construction space, having successfully grown residential risk management practices on two previous occasions, with a particular expertise in construction inspections, project feasibility reviews and funds control. In his role at Partner, Mr. Manchester will be spearheading the residential construction practice, leveraging his extensive background as a construction manager. His profound understanding of the needs of residential lenders, including the importance of high-level service and prompt turnaround times, makes him an asset to Partner’s growing team. Mr. Manchester’s dedication to offering more to Partner’s clients aligns seamlessly with the company’s commitment to excellence.

In addition to Mr. Manchester’s leadership, Partner’s residential practice will differentiate itself by leveraging the resources of Partner’s well-established and industry leading commercial real estate construction services practice. He was the Principal Member of Construction Lending Risk Solutions, Director of Construction Loans at Finance of America Commercial, VP of Field Services at CFSI Loan Management’s Construction Risk Management practice, VP of Operations at AAA Home Improvements, Director of Field Operations at RenovationReady™, and COO of Granite Construction Inspections. Mr. Manchester played pivotal roles in advancing risk management policies, implementing internal guidelines, and overseeing project review operations.
