
Paul D. DeMicco, R.A., LEED AP

NEW YORK, NY – April 28, 2026 – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner), is pleased to welcome Paul D. DeMicco, R.A., LEED AP, as a Managing Director within its Construction Services Group. In this role, DeMicco will be overseeing due diligence and construction monitoring for institutional clients, serving as a primary point of contact for key accounts, and providing technical review and guidance across projects nationwide.
DeMicco brings more than four decades of experience spanning architectural design and construction, including nearly 30 years dedicated to construction risk consulting. His addition reflects Partner’s continued investment in senior leadership to meet growing demand for sophisticated risk management solutions across increasingly complex development projects.

Throughout his career, DeMicco has overseen all phases of project development, including contract review, evaluation of drawings and specifications, cost and schedule analysis, change order review, and coordination of municipal approvals. He has also led quality control programs to ensure compliance with project requirements and has prepared comprehensive Construction Risk Assessment Reports for projects nationwide.
His portfolio includes high-profile and large-scale developments such as the Time Warner Center in New York, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Condominiums in White Plains, and the Buffalo Thunder Hotel and Casino Resort in New Mexico, among others. These projects highlight his expertise in mixed-use, hospitality, and large commercial assets, as well as his ability to manage risk across diverse asset classes.

DeMicco holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee. He is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and a LEED Accredited Professional.
