TORRANCE, CA – May 17, 2018 – Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), a national engineering, environmental and energy consulting and design firm headquartered in Torrance, California, has received a PRISM Technology Innovation award for its SiteLynx platform. The award recognizes an environmental due diligence firm for technology that advances standard industry practice and that implements a cutting-edge process that improves the efficiency of property risk management for their clients.
“We created SiteLynx out of a desire to give our clients a better way to experience our reports – not just as a PDF, but in a format where they can do more with all the valuable data consultants gather and link it into their internal systems,” a SiteLynx Program Manager remarked.
SiteLynx is a cloud-based platform that provides a seamless experience for due diligence report ordering. It is structured for delivering a variety of due diligence reports as real-time dynamic data in multiple formats, centralizes data access throughout a console, and integrates with popular external systems used in the CRE industry (Salesforce, for example). Ultimately, clients get reports delivered faster, in more flexible data formats, and at incremental time scales for their project development and completion.
One of the overarching goals of the PRISM Awards is to promote and elevate the achievements of innovators across the property risk management field in raising the overall level of professionalism in the industry. Partner has a continued commitment to investing in technology that fulfills evolving client needs, provides due diligence transparency and real-time information, and improves risk management processes.
“We think it’s important that the industry is moving in this direction, and are honored to be acknowledged for our technology contributions,” says Kathryn Peacock, a Principal at Partner who attended the event and received the award (pictured right). Elizabeth Krol, a National Client Manager at Partner who also attended (pictured left) commented that “We are all in the business of delivering great customer service, and advancing groundbreaking technology is one way we as an industry can better serve the end user and accomplish the shared goal of better risk management.”
