Frank Romeo
Frank Romeo is a 12-year veteran. He is a well-qualified project manager with experience in all 50 states, Mexico, and Canada. He also brings a wide array of technical skills including expertise in Fannie/Freddie due diligence, experience in characterizing and financing contaminated properties, and expertise in large portfolio management. He joins Brian Mende, PG as our second principal in Partner’s New Jersey office.
Summer Gell
Summer Gell is a 10-year veteran. She has advised lenders and real estate investors nationally for the past 10 years. She is very active in the world of Fannie/Freddie due diligence and has assisted lenders in fulfilling their due diligence needs and in writing their internal due diligence policies. She significantly expands our technical expertise as she has accrued a great deal of big science experience in environmental testing and environmental cleanups. Ms. Gell joins as the senior staff in Partner’s Dallas office.
