Coralie Olson is a Director in Partner Assessment Corporation’s Toronto office, where she leads strategic client engagement and supports the growth of Partner’s integrated services, including Building Assessments & Engineering; Energy, Sustainability & Resilience Consulting; Environmental Consulting and Remediation; Geotechnical Services; and Land Surveying across Canada. She works closely with developers, lenders, and real estate owners to understand their objectives, shape tailored service strategies, and coordinate seamless delivery across Partner’s multidisciplinary teams. In her role, Coralie helps advance Partner’s mission of strengthening risk management, supporting informed investment decisions, and enhancing asset performance for clients across Canada.
With more than 20 years of client-facing experience in commercial real estate, she has supported prominent development and redevelopment initiatives across mixed-use, office, retail, multifamily, and large master-planned communities. Her work spans high-visibility assets and large-scale portfolios for clients such as Brookfield Properties, Oxford Properties Group, QuadReal, Ivanhoé Cambridge, Cadillac Fairview, and Howard Hughes Holdings, as well as advisory firms including JLL and Colliers. She also brings experience serving institutional and public-sector organizations, coordinating multidisciplinary experts to address technical, municipal, and stakeholder requirements while fostering strong executive-level relationships.
Ms. Olson is known for elevating client satisfaction, translating opportunities into value through a consultative approach, and strengthening market presence for the teams she supports. A frequent industry contributor, she has spoken at conferences including the Land and Development Conference in Toronto and the Urban Land Institute Fall Meeting, offering insights on how strategy, technical rigor, and integrated execution drive successful real estate outcomes.
