Partner provided a review of construction costs and documents as well as construction monitoring services for the refurbishment of a six-story office accommodation totaling 32,447 sf. The development involved a full shell and core refurbishment including a CAT A refurbishment to include roof, windows and an expansion of the reception area.
This project was carried out during the COVID-19 lockdown, with the added issue of working around existing tenants. Despite pandemic-related health and logistical challenges, the project was completed within budget and programme. The client recognized Partner’s ability to find solutions to these unprecedented issues and keep the project on target to meet their goals.
