David Linkson, MRICS, based out of the London office, has over 40 years’ experience in real estate and serves as Director over Asia and Pacific (APAC) as well as Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) for Partner Property Consultants (as well as a Principal). Partner is a leading provider of full-service technical due diligence and real estate solutions, performing environmental, building, business risk, ESG -energy, construction monitoring and specialised surveys around the globe. David has specialist experience within the Project Management, Development, and Construction sectors. He is a qualified surveyor and has led and managed numerous technically-challenging and high-value schemes across Europe. With staff and partners across the European continent, Partner’s multi-disciplinary approach allows us to expertly serve clients at all stages from initial due diligence and design to development and construction, as well as throughout the ongoing maintenance and optimisation and/or disposal of the asset.
