Partner provided a review of construction costs and documents and is undertaking construction monitoring services for the refurbishment of the reception and six-storey office accommodation totaling 150,000 sf. The development involves a full shell, core, and CAT A refurbishment to the office accommodation and WCs together with an update to the lifts and reception area.
Partner is working with the client’s borrower and technical team to ensure a timely outcome to the project and eliminate risk, including the delays and challenges presented by COVID and oncoming Brexit to both delivery and costs. The project is proceeding ahead of programme and costs are currently running below forecast.
