Our client, a global investment management firm operating out of London, engaged Partner to perform environmental and technical due diligence surveys in support of their acquisition of an office/light industrial portfolio with 18 properties located throughout England. Half of the sites were in London, including three properties in the shadow of the Lloyds Building in the insurance district within the City of London. Other sites included properties in Bristol, Peterborough, Twickenham, Welwyn Garden City, Tunbridge Wells and a business park in Fyfield.
In all, Partner performed 12 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and 18 building survey reports, visiting every site and completing all reports within a three-week turnaround.
