Partner performed the Environmental Due Diligence for over 70 retail properties throughout Great Britain, within a fifteen (15) business day window. As part of that due diligence, Partner performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with the scope of work as set forth by both the Private Equity Fund and Wells Fargo Bank, as the deal was prepared for potential syndication. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment identifies for the client any potential environmental risks that may exist due to current or historical operations at the site and/or surrounding properties.
