The newest property in Solow’s collection, which includes several properties on New York’s 57th street (10, 16, and 20), is a 50-story commercial office building, boasting unobstructed views of Central Park, and includes two penthouse levels and three sub-grade basement levels.
Partner performed all assessments in accordance with ASTM standards and the specific needs of the client, including: an assessment of the Buildings Structural Frame/ Envelope, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Systems, Accessibility, and Natural Hazard Information. Additionally, Partner provided seismic zone information and opinion of cost for anticipated capital expenditures.
