Partner was engaged by MedEquities Realty Trust group to conduct a series of Phase I ESAs and PCAs on a large portfolio of healthcare facilities throughout Texas. Facilities were located in several major Texas cities including San Antonio, Graham, Kemp, Kerens, Brownwood, El Paso, Kaufman, Longview, and Mt. Pleasant.
Partner conducted these assessments in general conformance with the scope and limitations as set forth by ASTM Practice E1527-13 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process. As well as the ASTM E2018-08 “Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process, respectively.
In a few instances, these reviews lead to a more involved scope which included ACM assessments, O&M Reports, and ADA compliance.
