Situated on a beautiful property overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Outlets of San Clemente is home to a 350,000 SF of commercial property, with over 45 retail spaces. Partner was engaged by the client during the first Phase of construction to provide Construction Progress Monitoring (CPM) for this expansive retail space.
Phase 1 included the construction of the new retail outlet center, including site work for the entire project (Phase 1 + 2), and included a single-level subterranean parking structure with upper deck serving as a podium for a number of the Phase 2 buildings plus parking at lower and upper deck level.
