Partner performed a Document & Cost Review, Construction Progress Monitoring, and Funds Control for this Massage Envy & Spa build out in Rochester Hills, MI. Working on behalf of a lender client, Partner helped ensure a successful construction project involving demolition of an existing retail tenant space in a retail shopping center and new interior build out of the space into Masssage Envy & Spa.
New tenant interiors include demolition of existing tenant improvements, code upgrades to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes including partition walls, acoustical ceilings, doors, resilient and carpet flooring, and millwork with cabinetry and countertops. In a way, you could also say we’re helping the good people of Rochester Hill relax, one massage at a time!
