Partner was engaged by the client to perform Construction Progress Monitoring (CPM) Services on this new 34-story hotel building in downtown Manhattan near the East River. 151 Maiden Lane, the future home of AC Hotel by Marriott, is a 33-story, 271-key hotel slated to open this September. This marks the first AC Hotel in New York since Marriott International announced they would be bringing this chain to North America, following sites in New Orleans, Miami Beach, Washington, Kansas City, Irvine and Tucson.
AC Hotels offers a mix of classic architecture and modern design in unique location. 151 Maiden Lane is situated at the hub of downtown Manhattan in the Financial District, this 130,500 SF property will boast minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, a state of the art fitness facility and working spaces.
