Partner conducted an equity-level property condition assessment of the Bel Air Mall of Mobile, Alabama. The subject property consisted of approximately 900,000 SF gross building area over 68.34 acres of land and included five additional satellite outparcel buildings.
The scope of the assessment included but were not limited to roof and façade inspections, storm water management system observations, equipment condition assessments, and interior finish assessments.
