Since 2018, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has provided geotechnical services to assist WMG Development with its retail portfolio expansion in 200+ locations across 30 states. WMG primarily develops dental offices which require significant underground plumbing for dental tools and equipment. As such, the geotechnical engineer at times must make specialized recommendations to prevent the use of reinforced and thickened slab foundations to allow for future repairs and trenching after construction.
In addition to the geotechnical services per project site requirement, Partner also offered Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, ADA Survey, Asbestos Screening, Property Condition Assessment, Zoning Report, Seismic Risk Assessment, and Land Survey services to support site-specific developmental needs.
