Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has provided geotechnical services assisting WMG Development for its retail portfolio expansion in 25+ locations across eight states. WMG primarily develops dental offices, which require significant underground plumbing for dental tools and equipment. As such, the geotechnical engineer at times must make specialized recommendations to prevent the use of reinforced and thickened slab foundations to allow for future repairs and trenching after construction.
In addition to the geotechnical services per project site requirement, Partner also offered Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Land Survey services to support site-specific developmental needs.
