Union County Educational Services Commission (UCESC) is a public, non-profit agency located in Westfield, New Jersey. It was established to provide educational programs and services in response to the needs of the students, parents, faculty, and administration of its 21 member school districts.

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. provides on-going Right to Know support to UCESC which includes the preparation of annual Right to Know surveys, onsite chemical inventories, and customized computerize database for chemicals. We will also obtain Safety Data Sheets to create or update of all central files.

Partner also provides other regulatory services to include Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Chemical Hygiene Standard training.

Partner developed and implemented PEOSH required written programs for UCESC. Programs include Hazard Communication, Exposure Control Plan, Chemical Hygiene Plan, Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout), Personal Protective Equipment Plan/Workplace Hazard Analysis, and Indoor Air Quality.
