At 15 multi-building sites, Partner conducted radon testing, Phase I ESAs, Roof Assessments, PCA, Asbestos, Lead Based Paint inspections, and more. All of these multi-discipline scopes required separate Partner departments to coordinate together for this portfolio.
There were some schedule constraints for this assessment. The radon testing materials are time-sensitive and need to be retrieved 48-72 hours after deployment. Partner wrote 15 separate radon reports and got them to the client shortly after the fieldwork was complete. The client was pleased to have the 15 reports in a timely manner given the complexity of the assessments.
