Partner professionals were the Engineer of Record for redevelopment of approximately 40+ acres along the Long Branch waterfront. Pier Village is an 18-acre Victorian-inspired mixed-use village along the oceanfront site. Development included complete demolition of the existing infrastructure, followed by construction of 120,000 sf of retail space, 562 residential units, two multi-level parking garages, bulkheads and the construction of 30,000 sf of boardwalk along the Atlantic Ocean.

The scope of work included land surveying/construction layout; site plan preparation; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design; structural design of site amenities, including the boardwalk and bulkheads; permitting; and public utility coordination.

Phase I of the 21-acre Beachfront North redevelopment consisted of the development of 104 townhomes, 179 mid-rise condominiums and a clubhouse. Phase II consists of 17 single-family homes and 3 townhomes. The project required the complete demolition of the previous improvements and the creation of infrastructure for the new buildings.
