Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. was selected by Saint Peter’s University and SORA Development to provide professional services on the Saint Peter’s Tower in the McGinley Square Redevelopment Area. The project, located on a 1.2 acre parcel along one of McGinley Square’s main commercial roadways, Montgomery Street, proposes redevelopment of a surface parking lot, currently utilized by Saint Peter’s University, into a 21-story, mixed-use structure with a four-story, belowgrade automated parking facility. The structure will contain market-rate and inclusionary housing, roof-top amenity package, Saint Peter’s student residence hall, movie theatres, restaurants, and retail space. The adjacent three roadways will be upgraded with new streetscape to complement the structure and neighborhood. Partner was instrumental in obtaining approval for a significant amendment to the McGinley Square Redevelopment Plan to accommodate the project.
