As the Managing Director of MEP Solutions, Nate Benton leads a team of mechanical engineers specializing in MEP condition assessments and asset data collection services. He excels in delivering valued consultation, leading challenging and difficult projects, and using communication and problem-solving skills to facilitate coordination between technical teams and clients. With eighteen years of engineering, evaluation, and analytic experience focused on due diligence consulting and energy efficiency analysis services, Mr. Benton has an advanced understanding of building systems. He advised numerous commercial real instate investors, institutional investors, insurance companies, and capital market investors on the physical condition and operating performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems. Mr. Benton is a licensed Professional Engineer (Colorado), a Certified Energy Manager, and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Program Manager Asset Data Collection & Management
As Program Manager of Asset Data Collection and Management (ADCM), Josh works diligently with clients to understand their needs, determine the key performance indicators and other metrics for collection, and ensure that Partner provides the highest quality of data. He reviews and analyzes datasets for accuracy and verifies that reliable, qualitative information is delivered. Prior to and since joining Partner, Josh has directed ADCM services to support facility maintenance operations, provide quantitative data to further evaluate a building and its systems and equipment, calculate Facility and System Condition Index (FCI and SCI) scoring, aid in budgetary and capital planning efforts, and more. He has worked with numerous real estate entities and property types, as well as various CMMS, EAM, IWMS, and other software platforms to facilitate data integration. Additionally, Josh has developed innovative technology solutions to gather data during field assessments in a more efficient and consistent manner, as well as interactive dashboards to present the findings for dynamic visual analysis. Josh also serves as a Senior Project Manager with the MEP Solutions team. He is an experienced engineer and assessor for various types of Property and Facility Condition Assessment (PCA/FCA) work in accordance with ASTM E2018-15, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines, as well as other client specific scopes.
