Relationship Manager
BOSTON, MA – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. announces the appointment of James Previte as Relationship Manager for the Boston market, bringing nearly 20 years of environmental engineering and consulting expertise to the organization.
Mr. Previte joins Partner following a distinguished 14-year tenure at Blackstone Consulting LLC, where he managed the firm’s equity and institutional portfolio while overseeing various environmental due diligence initiatives, including Phase I and Phase II assessments and large-scale remediation projects across the United States and the Virgin Islands.
With a background in environmental engineering and geology from the University of Massachusetts, Mr. Previte has developed extensive expertise serving institutional clients, publicly traded and private REITs, and major hotel operators. His experience includes managing multi-million-dollar remedial projects and providing comprehensive environmental and multi-scope engineering due diligence services across diverse property types.
