Toronto, Canada – Dec. 15, 2025 – Partner Assessment Corporation (Partner) is pleased to announce that Coralie Olson has joined the company as a Relationship Manager in Toronto, Canada. Olson brings extensive experience in real estate advisory services and creative development strategy for institutional real estate clients. Olson will leverage her consultative approach to bolster Partner’s relationships with commercial real estate stakeholders across Canada.

Olson has worked extensively with institutional developers, public-sector infrastructure teams, and major real estate organizations across Canada, including Brookfield Properties, Oxford Properties, Northcrest Developments (a subsidiary of PSP Investments), Cadillac Fairview, Ivanhoé Cambridge, JLL, and Colliers. Her work has spanned commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily portfolios, advising clients on positioning real estate assets to increase long-term economic and cultural value.
She has been involved in the development planning of tens of thousands of acres, including high-profile projects such as Downsview Lands, a 500+-acre and 30-year redevelopment effort, and one of the most significant master-planning initiatives in Toronto. Her experience also extends internationally, having contributed to projects for Brookfield Properties across Toronto, New York, and Dubai.
Olson shared her enthusiasm for joining Partner, noting the collaborative culture and the opportunity to work with a broad cross-section of real estate stakeholders. “I’m very excited to help build upon Partner’s strong team and foundation to serve real estate investors across Canada and beyond.”
Olson is deeply engaged in the commercial real estate industry. She has served as a councilmember, speaker, or active participant in numerous professional organizations, including ULI, INFORMA’s Real Estate Forum, Land & Development Conference, CREW, Connect CRE, Bisnow, NAIOP, and ICSC. Prior to her work in real estate, Olson built a strong foundation in marketing, providing public relations and digital marketing consulting for Cadillac Fairview, Microsoft, American Express Canada, and other major brands. Olson holds a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
