About

Angelique Crews serves as a Technical Director – HUD Environmental Services for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. and has performed assessments on numerous commercial, multifamily, and industrial facilities. She is familiar with all standards of Due Diligence Property Assessments and the needs and requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (E1527-13), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) and LEAN Guidelines, customized client formats or scopes, along with Phase II Subsurface Investigations, soil and groundwater remediation, regulatory compliance audits, asbestos surveys, and indoor air quality studies.

Real estate investors, lenders, and real estate equity funds have come to rely on Ms. Crews’ advice and judgment to assist them with their real estate business decisions. Prior to joining Partner, she was a Project Manager in charge of the various Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II subsurface investigations. In that capacity, she was responsible for all ESAs, subsurface work, report reviews, and client relations.

Additionally, Ms. Crews was also an Environmental Scientist/Project Manager for an environmental/engineering firm where she was an integral member of the team. She performed and managed environmental assessment activities on various industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential properties such as air monitoring assessments and soil and groundwater investigations. She has also managed environmental planning and permit requirements associated with a variety of environmental assessments such as wetland determinations/delineations; comprehensive asbestos surveys and Operations & Maintenance Plans; and Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasure Plans.  Additionally, she has prepared applicable reports in formats prescribed by various fiduciary institutions and performed peer reviews on environmental site assessments completed by others.
