James Cullinan, PG is an Environmental Geologist/Project Manager with over 15 years of industry experience. Throughout the course of his professional career, James has performed, managed, and supervised various Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, Limited Contamination Assessments, Site Assessments, Source Removals/Remediation activities, water resource/water quality evaluations, water use permitting and compliance, and many other types of environmental services.
Mr. Cullinan heads up Partner’s Orlando office where he has completed various scopes of work throughout Florida. Projects include environmental due diligence, site characterization, and vapor intrusion assessments on multifamily, industrial, petroleum, and commercial properties.
