Michael V. LaFalce, Jr., has over 28 years of combined experience in architecture, design, management, investigation, peer review, detailing and monitoring the construction, operations, and assessment of multiple large-scale projects, facilities and clients. For the last decade, he has focused on consulting for the real estate and due diligence occupier/owner markets, providing strategic solutions for over 1.5 billion square feet of diverse assets including office, logistics, hospitality, medical, manufacturing, retail and multi-family uses. He has performed and managed thousands of condition assessments and solutions projects and has served industry-leading clients and municipalities including; State of North Carolina, Marion County, County of Santa Cruz, Emmet County, NYS OGS, Spectrum/Blodgett Health, NASA/SpaceX, San Francisco Ballet, City of Mobil, Amazon, Google, Santander, Ford, Fiat/Chrysler, CBRE, JLL, Cushman and Newmark,
Mr. LaFalce’s current role as Principal and Managing Director of Partner’s Facilities Condition Assessment Solutions practice includes the management of numerous subject matter experts, each with the goal to help investors and occupiers strengthen and position their real estate for its best productivity and value proposition.
Mr. LaFalce is a registered architect in the State of New York.
