About

Richard “Rich” George, LSRP, Relationship Manager with Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in the consulting services industry with a focus on environmental assessment, investigation, remediation, and engineering due diligence assessments for all types of properties. Mr. George has conducted assessments in accordance with client requirements and reporting standards, including: ASTM 1527-21, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and ASTM Standard E2018-24 for Property Conditions Assessments (PCA).

He has performed and managed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Third Party Reviews, Due Diligence Audits, Record Search and Risk Assessments, Phase II and III Subsurface Investigations, Remedial Investigations, and Corrective Actions. His background also includes management of all phases of Industrial Hygiene Services, including; Asbestos and Lead Based Paint surveys and abatement, Radon Studies and Mitigation, Moisture and Microbial Assessments, Methane Surveys, Indoor Air Quality Assessments, and Lead-in-water sampling and analysis.

As a Relationship Manager associated with due diligence services, Mr. George focuses on client service for the management and direction of multi-disciplined CRE projects. He has an understanding of the client’s needs and objectives of real estate transactions, and offers years of experience and practical solutions to all phases of due diligence and corrective actions.

Over his professional consulting career, Mr. George has performed and managed all aspects of environmental and contamination site assessments, remedial actions, cost analysis, industrial hygiene projects, and property conditions assessments for a wide range of client bases. Other equity and finance level services managed and directed by Mr. George include management of ALTA Land Surveys, appraisals, zoning reports, Seismic Risk Assessments (PML), Construction Risk Management, construction monitoring services, and construction document cost review analysis.
