Robert Rafanelli, a construction services management consultant, is Senior Director of Construction within Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.’s Integrated Facility Services group in the Atlanta office. In this capacity, his primary objective is to lead and foster the growth of Partner’s Owner’s Representation (OR) practice, with a specific focus on the built environment.
With over three decades of experience in construction project management, of which a decade is dedicated to Owner’s Representation, Rafanelli has a wealth of expertise. His portfolio features project contributions for renowned brands such as Zara, Chick-fil-A, and Steve Madden. Rafanelli boasts certification as an AAPM Certified International Project Manager and Master Project Manager.
He excels in delivering expert analyses, including Document and Cost Review, Contractor Evaluation, Code Compliance Inspection, Construction Progress Monitoring, Pay Application Review (i.e., Funds Control), Cost to Complete assessments, Pre-Construction Document & Cost Analysis, and Budget Reviews.
