The Partner Atlanta office provides Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental testing, Property Condition Assessments, ADA Surveys, Asbestos Surveys as well as Zoning and ALTA Land Surveys in support of commercial real estate transactions. Georgia assessments and surveys are completed by career Georgians and provide the necessary understanding of local law and geology to every report and survey. The Partner Atlanta office is headed by Nikki Walker, with over 20 years in real estate due diligence, and Joseph “Joey” Bonin, with over 20 years of experience in the construction risk management/ bond alternative component of the commercial real estate industry.

Since 2010 Partner has completed 5,000 jobs in Georgia. Some recent projects and experience that provide insight into our Georgia consulting practice include:
- Partner performed stormwater erosion inspections for a 69-site portfolio of vacant land across Georgia (Adairsville, Alpharetta, Aragon, Atlanta, Braselton, Clayton, Covington, Cumming, Dawsonville, Decatur, Douglasville, Fairburn, Forsyth, Flowery, Gainesville, Griffin, Hogansville, Jasper, Palmetto, Rome, Savannah, St. Simons).
- Partner conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Reports, Moisture and Mold Inspections meeting Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifications for 680 apartments throughout a two-building complex in Marietta, GA.
- Partner completed a 30-site portfolio throughout the country, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and seismic Probable Maximum Loss (PML) Reports on properties. The Phase I ESAs, PCAs, and PMLs were conducted for an equity client.
- Our sister company Partner Energy secured $13 million of ARRA grants and loans for the implementation of energy efficiency projects at low-income multifamily projects across the country.
