Partner’s team of experts provided geotechnical design reports for proposed new developments and geotechnical pavement assessments for existing properties to approximately 150 Panera Bread Restaurants across 26 states in the United States.
For new developments, the team conducted geotechnical evaluations and materials testing projects utilizing various drilling techniques and sampling methods, as well as percolation/infiltration testing, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis. A wide range of geotechnical scope services was performed to support site-specific conditions, including slope stability, fault studies, liquefaction, settlement, bearing capacity, lateral loads, support of excavation, etc.
In addition to the geotechnical services required for each project site, Partner also offered Asbestos Screening, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Land Surveys, Reserve Studies, and Seismic Risk Assessments to support site-specific needs.
