Partner was engaged by the SBA lender to provide the Construction Progress Monitoring on the adaptive reuse of this historic architectural gem, in Savannah, Georgia. Renovations are almost complete on the site which will serve as the future home of Savannah Spirits Distilling Company.
Slated to open this spring, the site will encompass a fully-functioning distillery with accompanying high-end liquor produced in-house. The 12,000 square foot building, built in the late 1800’s, will also house an upscale chophouse with multiple dining rooms, a full bar and private event space with a terrace on the upper floors all surrounded by the original brick that has been uncovered during the renovations.
