Ryan Reynics, commercial real estate environmental due diligence consultant, serves as a National Client Manager for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. for the New Jersey region. He is responsible for the origination, oversight, and management of environmental, engineering, seismic, survey, and industrial hygiene services in support of real estate transactions.
He services private and institutional equity investors, developers, financial institutions, Fannie Mae Lenders, and Freddie Mac Lenders. Prior to serving as Relationship Manager, Reynics served as a project scientist, and project manager focusing on both environmental due diligence and environmental remediation.
Reynics has performed and managed hundreds of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments on residential, commercial, and industrial facilities throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions. He has significant experience managing and providing remedial oversight of a variety of property types regulated by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJ DEP), New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), and New York City Office of Environmental Remediation (NYC OER), Connecticut Department of Energy and Environment (CT DEEP), and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP).
Ryan Reynics’ core focus at Partner is to provide real estate lenders, investors, and equity owners with the advice they need to quantify hard asset risk and provide them with the information they need to make informed real estate business decisions.
