Sebastian Dabrowski

Sebastian Dabrowski is a Project Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., with more than seven years of experience delivering technical, environmental, and ESG due diligence services for industrial and commercial real estate. He manages complex single-asset and portfolio-level assignments across Europe, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting clients throughout the acquisition and investment lifecycle.

Mr. Dabrowski brings deep expertise in Property Condition Assessments, energy consulting, and technical review, having led or authored hundreds of PCA and energy audit reports for assets including manufacturing facilities, data centers, logistics centers, offices, hotels, and multifamily properties across Europe, Asia, and the United States. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Cracow University of Technology and is an RICS Candidate.
