San Bernardino, CA – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Brandy Groves as Senior Project Manager, serving clients nationally, focusing on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac agency services.
Ms. Groves brings over two decades of experience in environmental and engineering due diligence, with specialized expertise in Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). She has a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and navigating complex project requirements. Her deep understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines further enhances her ability to provide best-in-class solutions. By combining technical proficiency with a client-focused approach, Groves is well-positioned to support Partner’s clients in achieving their due diligence and risk management goals.
“She’s exactly the kind of professional we look for—technically sharp, client-focused, and a great cultural fit,” said Jenny Redlin, Chief Experience Officer. “We’re excited for the impact she’ll make from day one.”
Prior to joining Partner, Groves served as a Senior Project Manager, where she was the primary point of contact for client requests, facilitated report revisions, and ensured timely project delivery. She also played a critical role in client management, training new team members on processes and procedures, and conducting technical and peer reviews of assessments by others.
Groves’ previous experience includes senior roles at Blackstone Consulting LLC (later acquired by Rimkus), Pandanus Consulting LLC, and Project Resources Inc., where she consistently demonstrated excellence in performing ASTM, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae environmental and engineering projects.
“I joined Partner because it is a company that genuinely supports both its employees and clients,” said Groves. “From day one, I’ve been impressed with the professionalism, organization, and support from every person and department. Having heard about Partner’s impressive growth and bandwidth, I knew I wanted to be part of this exceptional team that shares the same goal of meeting clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations.”
Groves holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of San Diego and maintains several professional certifications, including AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector, AHERA Asbestos Management Planner, NRPP Radon Measurement Professional, and Building Science Principles Certificate of Knowledge.
In her new role, Groves will draw on her extensive background in environmental and engineering assessments to help clients navigate complex due diligence challenges. Her in-depth knowledge of the stringent requirements set by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will enable her to provide tailored solutions that meet agency standards while supporting timely and efficient transactions. Groves’ expertise will be a valuable asset to Partner’s clients seeking to minimize risk and achieve successful outcomes in today’s evolving regulatory landscape.
