Dallas, TX—Pamela Froelich, P.E., LEED, who has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental and engineering service industry, has joined Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. as a staff engineer in the firm’s Dallas office announced National Client Manager Summer Gell, who heads the local office there.
Froelich brings to Partner a diverse background and considerable expertise in civil engineering. Froelich, who earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas AM University, is a registered engineer in Texas, Colorado, Washington, Idaho, and Ohio. Froelich comes to Partner from Galloway, Inc. Planning, Architecture and Engineering, a Colorado‐based firm. As lead Civil Engineer and Project Manager in Colorado, Froelich was responsible for the design, construction documents, permitting, and construction observation of major big box retailers such as Home Depot and Wal‐Mart. Additional flagship experience for Ms. Froelich includes serving as a cost estimator on many D/FW Airport and Texas Department of Transportation Highway projects as well as other heavy construction projects during the beginning stages of her career. Additionally, Froelich’s experience includes Tribal casinos and sports venues in Washington State and national chain and franchise restaurants and retail malls in Ohio. Froelich previously served as president of the Washington Society of Professional Engineers.
Froelich’s experience also includes environmental due diligence assessments for residential, industrial, municipal, and commercial projects, performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Remediation Design projects, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Small Loan PCAs, Construction Progress Monitoring, Regulatory Compliance Assessments, Radon Studies, and Mold Assessments.
