Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) is pleased to announce that John Gajewski has joined the firm as the Technical Director of Historic Architecture Solutions. Partner provides Historic Architecture Solutions for the global real estate industry and helps clients manage risk, make smart investments, and brings historic buildings to life.
A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and a graduate of the Architectural Association School of Architecture, UK, Mr. Gajewski brings 23 years of experience in full-lifecycle building consultancy and construction project management. He will provide integrated and consultative solutions to commercial and public clients on risk management and value optimization of their historic buildings, property transactions, and portfolios.

Mr. Gajewski has in-depth knowledge and global experience in technical due diligence and building assessment; building pathology, condition surveys and defect analysis; capital expenditure planning and budgeting; design, consultancy, and specification; feasibility and viability studies; urban improvement and regeneration planning; historic preservation and impact mitigation; and statutory approvals and consents.

Prior to joining Partner, Mr. Gajewski was a Manager at CBRE’s Strategic Assessment division, the Head of Heritage Asset Consultancy at Arcadis, and a Director of Historic Building Consultancy and Project Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
