Partner Engineering and Science Awarded GSA Multiple Award Schedules Program Contract

TORRANCE, CA., Sept. 5, 2018 — Partner Assessment Corporation DBA Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., a full-service engineering, environmental and energy consulting and design services firm, was awarded a  comprehensive contract with the US General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) Program. Partner will provide multiple services including System Design, Engineering and Integration, Integrated Business Program Support Services, Environmental Consulting Services, Energy Management Planning and Strategies, Energy Auditing, Construction Management and Engineering Consulting Services, and Concept Development and Requirements Analysis.

Federal agencies, government contractors, and other activities and organizations authorized by statute or regulation are eligible to use GSA sources pursuant to the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 or other statutory authority. An eligible ordering activity is authorized to place orders or establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against GSA Schedule contracts. Through its MAS program, the GSA establishes many long-term indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts with qualified companies to provide government agencies access to millions of commercial products and services at previously negotiated prices. Each contract is associated with a specific GSA Schedule based on the type of products or services involved. There are currently over 30 different Schedules covering over 11 million types of products and services.

GSA MAS contracts provide commercial contractors with considerable opportunity to sell products and services to a wide range of federal government customers, as well as some state and local government agencies, on an expedited and streamlined basis. Government acquisitions through GSA Schedules total about $50 billion a year, representing 10% of federal contract spending.

This GSA contract identifies Partner as a fully vetted, qualified vendor, positioned to provide high-quality engineering, environmental, energy, construction and related consulting  services on an on-demand basis.
