Cleveland, OH—May 5, 2016—Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), a California-based engineering, environmental, and energy consulting firm, has announced that Jennifer Giuliano has joined Partner’s team in Ohio. Giuliano, who has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate due diligence services industry and 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, joins Partner as part of the firm’s ongoing expansion to serve the growing real estate and development market in the Midwest region.
Giuliano has extensive experience conducting and managing national and international Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Remedial Activities and Site Closure Activities under various regulatory programs across the U.S. and throughout the globe. In her previous role as a project manager for due diligence activities at AECOM, Giuliano worked with a variety of national and international clients directing due diligence projects in support of property leases, acquisitions, management or divestitures. As a project manager for Partner, Giuliano will play an important role in supporting Partner’s footprint around the country and maintaining its position as the market leader for due diligence services in the U.S.

Giuliano joins Partner Principal James Davenport in Cleveland, Ohio where Partner is set to open a downtown office by fall 2016. In response to fast-growing demand in the region, Giuliano will be responsible for doubling the number of staff in the Cleveland area over the next year.

Giuliano has a significant background in serving large industrial clients, public agencies and national auto service centers as well as public clients, including the Ohio Department of Transportation and the City of Cleveland. Giuliano’s professional focus is in providing project management services during the due diligence phase of acquisitions or terminations on vacant land development, building expansion, commercial and industrial sites and road expansion projects. She has worked on due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions taking place in Europe, Asia, Brazil, and India for large industrial clients.

Giuliano has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Cuyahoga Community College in Environmental Health and Safety Technology and a B.B.A. in Finance from Cleveland State University. She joins Partner from AECOM where she was a Project Manager for Due Diligence services.
