Moves Up Three Spots to #111 in 2018
Partner Engineering and Science Inc. is proud to be featured on the Engineering News-Record Top 200 Environmental Firms list for the sixth straight year. We are pleased to have moved up three spots from last year’s list to sit at #111. Partner is a leading provider of Phase I ESA reports and environmental due diligence services in commercial real estate.
ENR’s data indicated continued strength in the commercial real estate sector, with solid results and some strategic changes last year that pushed a number of Top 200 Environmental Firms higher on the 2018 list, including Partner.
Unfortunately, some uncertainty from geopolitical headwinds, along with regulatory and economic indicators, has injected caution into the environmental marketplace, with total list revenue falling 2% to $53.37 billion from the previous year’s tally. Despite a potential slowdown on the horizon, nearly three-quarters of this year’s listed firms retain a positive outlook for 2018 and ahead, with markets strengthening and projects on the move.
