An S&P 500 real estate Investment trust firm (the Client) contracted Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. to provide transactional bundled due diligence services for the acquisition of a dental office portfolio, which comprised 228 dental offices across 28 states.

The short time frame, multi-scope coordination for site visits, and efficient data sharing were the challenges that Partner overcame. Through its resource planning platform, Partner mobilized its nationwide staff and coordinated the assessment scopes concurrently, which included Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, Roofing Assessments, ALTA Land Surveys, and Zoning Reports. All the deliverables went out on an expedited schedule to satisfy the Client’s 30-day due diligence closing window. Partner’s client liaison was instrumental to coordinate and communicate with internal staff and the Client in a timely fashion. All the reports and surveys were organized in the same format, which streamlined the final review process.
The due diligence assessment reports were completed in time for the Client to closely evaluate each property. The deal was successfully closed on time.
