Partner conducted asset data collection for existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment at 10 retail portfolio properties across the eastern United States. Using an asset-by-asset approach, they inventoried key mechanical HVAC equipment including packaged rooftop units, split-systems, air handlers, and make-up air units. During the asset data collection process, the Partner team placed a new QR code sticker on each piece of equipment and gathered key metrics such as location description and accurate GPS coordinates, associated tenant suite, manufacturer, model number, serial number, manufacturing/install month and year, capacity sizes, and observed condition rating. They also captured and cataloged over 7,000 images as photo documentation. Building Engines use this data to populate their building operations platform and proprietary Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).
