Construction for Marriott’s AC Hotel NoMad in New York City is underway, and Partner was privileged to be hired on to complete the environmental assessment and construction risk management.
The hotel property currently under development will be the tallest modular hotel with 26 stories which are being built in Poland and will then be assembled on-site in Manhattan. The first 25 stories will consist of 168 prefabricated guest rooms and will be topped with a modular roof and rooftop bar.
Partner completed the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Contractor Evaluation, and Document and Cost Review after the previous six-story commercial building was demolished. Furthermore, Partner was retained to complete the Funds Disbursement and Construction Progress Monitoring reports each month until the $60 million construction project is completed.
