Partner was engaged by a leading New England solar development firm to serve as the environmental and geotechnical consultant in the development of a collection of properties throughout Massachusetts. The scope included performing both the Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs) and the Geotechnical Investigations on 16 plots of undeveloped land.
Understanding that proper planning and field execution are critical to the delivery of sound and cost-effective construction, the firm sought the professional services of the Partner team to ensure an outcome consistent with their corporate mission and timeframe. Partner coordinated with the involved entities, including the developer, attorneys, subcontractors, and property owners, to facilitate timely deliverables and a quality product satisfactory to all parties.
Working under the 2016 GBX Renewable Energy Tax Credit Fund, Partner performed these critical first steps over a six-month period, well within the firm’s schedule and budget.
