Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. performs the Wall Township Public Schools’ six-month periodic surveillances and three-year reinsertions as required by the Asbestos Containing Materials in Schools Rule, pursuant to the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). Partner professionals also developed technical specifications and bidding documents for several asbestos abatement projects, in addition to providing full-time on-site monitoring during these projects.
Additionally, Partner’s Health & Safety discipline provides ongoing Right to Know support to Wall Township Public Schools which includes the preparation of annual Right to Know surveys, on-site chemical inventories, and a customized computerized database for chemicals. In addition, we obtain Safety Data Sheets to create or update of all central files.
Partner also provides other regulatory training to include Hazard Communication, AHERA Awareness, Bloodborne Pathogens, Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout), and Personal Protective Equipment.
Partner developed and implemented PEOSH-required written programs for Wall Township Public Schools. Programs include Hazard Communication, Exposure Control Plan, Chemical Hygiene Plan, Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout), Personal Protective Equipment Plan/Workplace Hazard Analysis, and Indoor Air Quality.
