SUBURBS HEAT UP AS DOWNTOWN RENTS COOL

Ralph Orlando, Division President of Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. out of their North Carolina office, was quoted in a Multifamily Executive article entitled “Suburbs Heat Up as Downtown Rents Cool.”

Ralph offered his thoughts on some of the reasons institutional investors and developers are flocking to secondary and tertiary markets for multi-family housing and the factors that may be influencing a slowdown in the urban rental market.
